We are a family of 3 neurodivergent children + 1 neurodivergent parent. We are looking for a family assistant Tue/Wed-Thur 6-8pm on school days đ
Youâd help prepare the lunch boxes, do the clothes and everyday household cleaning. Youâd help the children with homework and music practices, engage them in meaningful activities, read to them etc.
So basically whatever is needed in a family on a weekday minus parental relations and decisions.
We are happy to work with disabled (including neurodivergent), migrating, queer or otherwise marginalized individuals.
If you are a cognitive science or social work student or something similar and interested in human rights of children and disabled people you might be able to learn a ton with us and we can give you a meaningful recommendation letter.

Being reliable and reliably available to work with us for at least 2 years. (Itâs children and they need, need, need stable connections and you should understand that responsibility.)
We have a very tight schedule and itâs a must that you can non-violently, warmly and consequentially stand your limits with children and work under stressful conditions.
There are tons of other things that would be nice but arenât a must:
Riding a bicycle
Have a solid understanding of human cognition
Playing a musical instrument, dancing, doing budo or any similar skill you could share with the kids
Being flexible to work with us on other occasions, too
