The Chair of Automated Security Analysis at the Faculty of Computer Science is looking for a
research associate / PhD-Student (m,f,x) in the area of automatic software testing and system security for 3 years with 39,83 hours per week, TV-L E 12/13
The newly founded Faculty of Computer Science (www.informatik.rub.de)unites all ongoing computer science activities at RUB in aninterdisciplinary manner. The research and teaching area of IT security, inwhich our university has been a leader in Europe for over 20 years, playsa central role in the new Faculty. This is also reflected in the Cluster ofExcellence CASA (www.casa.rub.de), which is funded as part of theFederal Government's Excellence Initiative, in which over 100 researchersdevelop effective measures against cyberattacks.
The members of Prof. Flavio’s Chair conduct research and teaching in various areas of IT security. The Chair offers various courses in the Master’s degree program and participates in third-party-founded projects.
This international and dynamic team also cooperates with several university and non-university institutions (e.g., the Max Planck Institute).
