What does our process look like?

  • The aim is simply to get to know you a bit better and give you an overview of who we are and what we are building
  • In a second step you'll have the chance to meet our founders in person in our offices in either Hamburg or Berlin

Qualifikation

What will you do?

  • Generate new opportunities and leads: Collaborate with our sales and growth marketing team to drive customer acquisition by optimizing existing go-to-market (GTM) channels and exploring new ones
  • Innovate through growth hacking: Experiment with creative, unconventional approaches to generate new customer and partnership leads, with the freedom to test and iterate on fresh ideas
  • Build partnerships and champion our mission: Contribute to expanding our partner network, including benefit partners and ambassadors. Represent HelloBonnie at trade shows and events, advocating for our mission
  • Leverage tools and data for continuous improvement: Utilize GTM tools and data analytics to monitor, optimize, and refine growth strategies for maximum impact
  • Shape strategy and take ownership: Work closely with our team on high-impact growth initiatives, contributing your own ideas and taking ownership from day one at HelloBonnie

What you bring to the table:

  • Initial experience (e.g. internships) in startups, sales/GTM roles, or fast-paced environments like strategy consulting or venture capital
  • Availability of at least 16 hours per week—we're flexible whether you prefer two full days or spreading the time across the week
  • A strong ambition to drive commercial growth and partnerships within an early-stage startup
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level in both).
  • A pragmatic, action-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach, ready to dive in and make things happen
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in leveraging modern lead generation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Waalaxy etc.)
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with the courage to explore new approaches and untested ideas
  • Experience with software products in FinTech or WorkTech is a plus, but not required.
  • Most importantly: A passion for promoting a product that fosters employee happiness!
