Your Responsibilities
- As a Working Student (m/f/d), you will help us to leverage Uptime Delivery across the EMEA region
- You will support us in collecting and analyzing data to derive relevant KPIs for our uptime promise towards our customers
- You will generate reports for our relevant internal stakeholders
- As part of several projects related to our warehouse infrastructure, you will help us to support proper management of our loaner asset base
- You will be directly interacting with our country organizations to ensure timely provision of loan devices
- Additionally, you will secure compliance and efficiency by defining, implementing and documenting relevant internal loaner processes
Dein Profil
Your Qualifications
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Logistics, Business Informatics, Medical Engineering or similar subject in the Hamburg area and your course of study will last 12 more months (absolutely mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, is part of your qualifications
- You ideally have already gained first experience with applications like SAP (ERP, CRM) and Power BI
- You are proficient in English and German (at least Level B2)
- You have the ability to come to the office in Hammerbrook twice a week
- You are enthusiastic about data analysis and deriving valuable insights from data
- You also enjoy working in diverse teams
- You have a high degree of initiative and independence
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness complete your profile
