28.12.: 180€ for childcare (de/en) @38c3

Looking for 2 persons for 1:1 childcare (German or English) for 2 8yo neurodivergent kids. On 28th December, 10am-8pm at CCH (38c3).
The 'neurodivergent' is relevant and mostly means that they are very curious and can physically not 'just' do whatever would be 'the right thing' or what they are told. So you need to be patient and alert at all times and able to accommodate their processing by for example by being physically able to keep pace, feed their curiosity, work multisensorial, with meaningfully engaging them proactively etc.
Dein Profil
This will be a huge playground for the kids where they are not allowed to do many things: Your task is to skillfully accompany a child while preventing harm to the kid and their surroundings. So you need to be physically fit enough to keep pace with them and pedagogically flexible and skillful to engage the children in meaningful ad hoc activities or include them in the offerings at 38c3 without resorting to letting them play video games and watching movies etc.
