YOUR TASKS
- Analysis of Chinese court decisions in terms of references to socialist core values
- Review of literature and development of a theoretical framework
- Organization of project workshops and conferences
- Development of a database of relevant court decisions
- Preparation of the publication of research results
Dein Profil
YOUR PROFILE
Outstanding Master‘s degree in Chinese studies or Chinese law (or equivalent)
Excellent knowledge of the Chinese legal system and Chinese courts
Very good language skills in English and Chinese, including the relevant legal terminology
Scientific curiosity and academic orientation
Strong interest in collaborative and interdisciplinary research

The position is available from 01.04.2025 on a part-time basis (25,89 hours per week).The position is to be filled for a fixed term until 31.03.2028.
