Your tasks:
Planning, coordination, execution and monitoring all aspects of retrofit conversion projects ensuring successful completion and customer satisfaction
Taking ownership of the design and implementation of retrofits, in close collaboration with other technical departments if needed
Creation of system layout, functional description and configuration of the mechanical parts lists
Creation of specifications for system purchases
Carrying out consulting and determining wishes and needs at customers’ locations
Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
Creating and adhering to the schedule and initiating the necessary measures in the event of a plan change
Managing the process of complaints until the warranty period expires in cooperation with the technical departments and the service center
Your profile:
Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable technical training background, ideally combined with further additional commercial degree
First professional experience in B2B sales is an advantage
Willingness to work in Bad Oldesloe (70%) and travel globally to establish direct customer contact (30%)
Confident handling of MS Office products and CAD
Bilingual - German and English
Open-minded and convincing personality with a strong customer and sales focus
Independent, diligent and flexible work behavior
