We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Working Student to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hamburg and play a key role in talent attraction and onboarding across Europe. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll help us shape exceptional teams through culture-fit assessments and seamless hiring processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

·         Assist in executing recruitment plans to attract and onboard top talents

·         Create and manage engaging job advertisements across various platforms

·         Implement sourcing strategies to identify candidates for open roles

·         Support niche recruitment efforts by understanding business needs and complexities

·         Provide timely updates to regional HR teams on recruitment progress

·         Stay up-to-date with market trends in Talent Acquisition, sharing fresh ideas to improve efficiency and processes
