Join our team as a Working Student “Marketing & Events” (f/m/d)!
In this role at the Marketing department, it is all about trade shows, conferences, webinars, and cool marketing actions – and you’ll be right in the middle of it all.
As part of our team, you’ll support our Event Managers in everything from planning to execution. You’ll be hands-on, bring fresh ideas, and pick up tons of new skills that will take you forward. We love teamwork, so you’ll also work closely with colleagues from Sales and Engineering.
As part of our team, you´ll get to:
• Help plan, organize, and run trade shows, webinars, and other events
• Support event communications, especially around webinars
• Organize important event details like recordings, presentations, and inputting leads into our systems
• Analyze and evaluate events – so we can keep leveling up!
• Research markets and competitors to spot trends and opportunities
• Pack and organize event materials – yes, hands-on fun!
• Assist with any other exciting marketing tasks that come up
What do you need?
• You are currently enrolled in marketing or related studies like event management, communications, media, or similar (with a weekly working capacity of 20 hours)
• You are fluent in both German and English
• You’re a pro at Microsoft Office
• You love working in a team and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different departments around the world
• You’re reliable, proactive, and have a hands-on mentality
